Behold the Ale-T-ST, a steampunk walker fueled by the finest (and possibly most volatile) fermented energy source in the multiverse! 
The eccentric Steampunk Inventor (71048-12 Steampunk Inventor, minifigure obtainable separately), having tapped into collective multi-universal consciousness, became fixated on the name "AT-ST" and, through a burst of inspired madness (or perhaps one too many experiments with steam-powered distillation), christened his creation the Ale-T-ST. 
This sturdy, barrel-chested (literally), brass-and-wood automaton lumbers forward on gleaming gilded feet, powered by its signature steam-brewed energy system - an oversized pressurized cask at its core, converting refined spirits into raw mechanical motion. Exhaust pipe vents residual vapor, ensuring smooth operation (and occasionally a delightful aroma), while the walker’s command station, perched high above, is a marvel of engineering with intricate brass railings, levers, and gauges monitoring the pressure of its unconventional energy reserves. 

Though its origins remain a mystery, one thing is certain—wherever the Ale-T-ST roams, adventure (and possibly a hearty toast) is never far behind.
